MANNA Food and Neighborhood Services
MANNA provides basic needs to thousands of individuals in Hartford each month.

HOH Housing
HOH Housing provides supportive services, including case management, counseling, and rental support for people living with complex health issues, including HIV/AIDS, and living in their own apartments.

Community Engagement
Our Community Engagement program connects individuals and volunteer groups to meaningful service opportunities at Hands On Hartford and partnering organizations.

Faces of Homelessness
The Faces of Homelessness Speakers' Bureau is a public education program that works to promote advocacy, understanding, and service.
